Welcome to my website!
As you've probably guessed by the main title, this site is centred around the motorcycle scene in South Wales. It's continually being updated so please keep checking back and use "Contact Us" if you have any ideas - all tips and hints are gratefully received. But that's not all!
You will also find news about ride outs organised by some of the clubs that I belong to (check out the links page), weather reports to help decide which gear to wear and also a routefinder to help you get to where you're going. So, why set up this website in the first place?
Admission time now, I'm biased towards motorbikes and I happen to think that we're not getting the best deal at the moment for a number of reasons. It's up to every one of us to promote motorcycling in as positive a light as possible. You have only to read the motorcycling weeklies regularly to learn just how negatively bikes and bikers are viewed in some quarters. There is, no doubt, a hard core of people who wouldn't shed many tears if bikes were banned altogether.
So,it's up to you, me and the rest of the motorcycling fraternity (and whatever the feminine of that is) to not only think about riding safely every time we go out but to also think how Mr.Joe Public views how we ride as well.
Remember the old saying:
"no-one remembers what you do right but no-one forgets what you do wrong."
